GB Yoga - Yoga for everyone!

HATHA FLOW YOGA
This class combines elements from both Hatha and Flow yoga and is suitable to all levels from complete beginners to the more experienced.
Together we focus on breathing techniques and movement to improve the flow of “prana” (our life force) which relaxes our body and quietens the mind. We work on increasing flexibility and balance to improve posture and well-being (for example, releasing tension on lower back muscles and hip-opening postures).
Classes feature a fluid sequence of postures to relax the muscles and encourage the flow of oxygen and blood. This is combined with Hatha poses which strengthen the body. Postures are held for longer and the teacher works with individuals where needed. Within a sequence of classes, postures vary to ensure that all areas of the body benefit from the practice.
You can work at your own level and those with injuries will be supported in the lesson. Classes always end with relaxation (Shavasana) to restore the body and release the stress of the day.

£9 single class. £50 for a 6 class pass. £80 for a 10 class pass.
Full time Gracie Barra training gives you free yoga.
Gracie Barra member £8 per class.
Yoga is included in the full time membership package.
